Brandon M. Trube

Welcome to the DIY world of Brandon Trube, where a 2-acre property is being transformed into a personal sanctuary for relaxation, enjoyment, and a touch of luxury. Here, self-reliance meets craftsmanship, turning the dream of an ultimate vacation spot into a burgeoning reality.

English-Style Garden

One of the most significant projects undertaken is a sprawling English-style garden. Spanning 40x60 feet, the garden features raised beds and a pea gravel center for in-pot or barrel planting. The project involved laying down an impressive 3,400 square feet of concrete and running dedicated water lines and drainage to ensure a thriving garden environment.

Home Improvements

As a gateway to this idyllic garden, a new back door was installed, opening up the home to the outdoor sanctuary. A 6-foot skirt around the back of the house and a concrete ramp connect to a huge concrete patio with gazibo, seamlessly integrating the home with the garden and gazibo.

Gazebo and Outdoor Kitchen

The gazebo, formerly supported by a wooden deck, now rests on a spacious concrete. The structure has been transformed into an outdoor kitchen complete with a TV, sink, in-ground fire pit, and other amenities. All necessary utilities including power, water, and drainage have been professionally installed.

Pool House and Future Plans

A 20x25 metal building serves as a pool house and currently opens to a hot tub. The pool house is geared for future expansion, with plans for a container pool in the coming years. An outdoor bathroom is also in the works for guest convenience. As with other projects, power, plumbing, and drainage have been meticulously planned and executed.

Utility Extensions

The spirit of DIY doesn't stop at leisure spaces; it extends to functional areas as well. Water and power lines have been added to the workshop and the chicken coop, ensuring that every corner of the property is well-serviced and efficient.

Every project, big or small, contributes to the ongoing transformation of this 2-acre property into a personal paradise. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and future projects that continue to make this dream come true.
